THIS SEASON The title role of The Nose for his Met debut, Števa in Jenùfa at Madrid’s Teatro Real, Verdi's Requiem with the New Orleans Opera, Don José in Carmen with Opéra de Lille, and Gonsalve in a concert performance of Ravel’s L’Heure Espagnole at the Edinburgh Festival.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the Chevalier in Dialogues des Carmélites at La Scala, Ananda in the world premiere of Jonathan Harvey’s Wagner Dream with the Netherlands Opera, Yonas in the world premiere of Saariaho’s Adriana Mater and Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni at Paris’s Bastille Opera, the title role of Les Contes d’Hoffmann in Marseille, Stingo in the world premiere of Nicholas Maw’s Sophie’s Choice at Covent Garden, and Števa at Paris’s Châtelet. He has also sung Tamino in Die Zauberflöte with the Netherlands Opera, Lysander at Glyndebourne, Bénédict in Béatrice et Bénédict in concert with the New York Philharmonic, and Alfredo in La Traviata with the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
